Vogue subscribers might have received e-mail from Tina Fey in their inbox. And if you though it was spam, then you are mistaken, because, it wasn’t spam!
Well, not actually.
The ace fashion magazine sent an e-mail to its subscribers from the actress endorsing her cover shoot for Vogue’s March issue.
The subject line of the mail reads, “My Vogue cover,” Tina used her self-deprecating wit to explain her experience of emerging on Vogue cover page. She compared her entire experience to things that one gets to see only once in their life time, like the eruption of Mount St. Helens volcano and Halley’s Comet.
Fey writes, “If you’ve always speculated what will be it like to get a makeover for your 40-year-old sister-in-law from the brilliant people of Gucci, Dolce & Gabanna, Prada and Vogue, then the march issue is for you”.
The promotion mail comprises of link to renew the Vogue subscription and to give one as a gift.
