The cast of ‘Raat Gayi Baat Gayi’ is an excited lot. They can’t stop thinking about their New Year’s Eve release. The entire team is taking all the effort they can to make sure that the right kind of audience reaches the cinemas to watch the comedy that they’ve worked so hard on. (Text courtesy: Indian Express)
The film is based on three couples getting sloshed at a party. They wake up with no memories of the night’s happenings and are suddenly filled in with various shocking stories. ‘I’ve said this a million times and I’m saying it again, the film is not a copy of The Hangover,’ says director Saurabh Shukla (the guy who played Kallu Mama in Satya) . He goes on to explain that the film had been planned long before he had even heard of The Hangover but it kept getting stalled because of various reasons. "But it’s ready to be out now and we’re sure the audiences will come out laughing."
We too are excited to watch the movie.
